Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, embodying our values and people promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team to develop and grow your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Lead with positive behavior and actions to drive performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Communicate effectively with your team, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
  • Understand financial performance and manage labor and rotas effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with a £1,000 bonus opportunity per year and £140 average tips per week.
