Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our lounges, working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and lounge operations
  • Lead by example, setting the pace for the team and ensuring that every customer leaves happy
  • Deliver 14 great shifts with the team, ensuring that every customer receives a warm and welcoming experience
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the lounge is meeting its targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop the front of house team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
