Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Waters Corporation as a Strategic Supply Chain Planning Lead. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting-edge Demand Planning and E2E Supply Planning processes, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Work closely with functional leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process improvements.
  • Design and validate proposed changes, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with company goals.
  • Deploy new processes and functionality, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, with a strong understanding of demand planning or supply planning.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, with a track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and lead ambiguity.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and drive change.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of solving problems and delivering results ahead of schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASCM certification
  • Experience with SAP APO DP or IBP and Celonis
  • BSc Degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Science or Supply Chain subject area. Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
