Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Transformation Lead to join our Strategy & Operational Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving improvements to process and system improvements related to demand planning and forecasting feeding into an enterprise-wide state-of-the-art IBP process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of demand planning and forecasting processes, including pilots and roll-out to the entire Waters corporation
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts from business and technology backgrounds to develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with functional leaders across functions and sites to develop a deep understanding of current processes and systems
  • Identify best practices to be adopted into current business processes and create a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced
  • Design and validate proposed changes, deploy new processes and functionality, and measure adoption and adherence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, including working knowledge of demand planning or finance
  • Experience building and managing cross-functional teams and process discovery, design, and implementation
  • Knowledge of SAP capabilities, specifically SAP ECC and APO DP, and experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality
  • Strong project management skills, experience creating and executing multi-disciplinary projects, and influencing skills to drive change and harmonization across a global organization
  • Collaborative, agile, and responsive with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of urgency
