We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planning Transformation Lead to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Strategy & Operational Excellence team, you will be responsible for driving improvements to process and system improvements related to demand planning and forecasting feeding into an enterprise-wide state-of-the-art IBP process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of Demand Planning and Forecasting Process improvements, including pilots and roll-out to the entire Waters corporation.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts from business and technology backgrounds to develop a good understanding of current processes and systems.
- Identify best practices to be adopted into current business processes and create a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced.
- Design and validate proposed changes, deploy new processes and functionality, and measure adoption and adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, including master data governance and enterprise IT systems.
- Develop and attract best-in-class talent to support the team's success.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, including working knowledge of one or more specific areas, such as demand planning or finance.
- Experience building and managing cross-functional teams, process discovery, design, and implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP capabilities, specifically SAP ECC and APO DP, and experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality.
- Strong project management skills, experience creating and executing multi-disciplinary projects, and influencing skills to drive change and harmonization across a global organization.
- Collaborative, agile, and responsive, with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of urgency.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers, and delivering results ahead of schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ASCM certification a plus.
