Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Capability Owner to lead our Demand Planning and Forecasting Process design and implementation at Waters Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of our Demand Planning and Forecasting Process, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Establish and lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts from various business and technology backgrounds to drive process improvements.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Work with functional leaders to analyze and optimize our current processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute a change management plan to ensure successful adoption and adherence to new processes and systems.
  • Talent Development: Develop and attract best-in-class talent to support our supply chain planning capabilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, including working knowledge of demand planning or finance.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP capabilities, specifically SAP ECC and APO DP, and experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality.
  • Soft Skills: Strong influencing skills, project management skills, and ability to work across organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: BSc Degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain discipline. Master's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Certifications: ASCM certification a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP APO DP or IBP and Celonis a plus.
