Supply Chain Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Transformation Lead to join our Strategy & Operational Excellence team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving improvements to process and system improvements related to demand planning and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of demand planning and forecasting processes, including pilots and roll-out to the entire Waters corporation.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts from business and technology backgrounds to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with functional leaders across functions and sites to develop a deep understanding of current processes and systems.
- Identify best practices to be adopted into current business processes and create a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced.
- Design and validate proposed changes, deploy new processes and functionality, and measure adoption and adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise.
- Develop and attract best-in-class talent to support the team's goals and objectives.
- Solid, progressive experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, including working knowledge of demand planning or finance.
- Experience building and managing cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
- Process discovery, design, and implementation experience, with knowledge of SAP capabilities, specifically SAP ECC and APO DP.
- Strong project management skills, with experience creating and executing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization.
- Collaborative, with a strong ability to listen and assimilate other viewpoints to come up with a better solution.
- Agile and responsive, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, act with urgency, and manage ambiguity.
