Supply Chain Planning Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Strategist to lead our End-to-End Supply Chain Optimization efforts at Waters Corporation.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a Demand Planning and Forecasting Process that drives business growth and efficiency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts to develop and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to understand current processes and systems, and identify best practices to adopt.
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced, working with business leaders and transformation leads to ensure alignment.
- Deploy new processes and functionality, leveraging data science approaches to drive business outcomes.
- Measure adoption and adherence, and execute interventions to drive increased adoption and adherence where necessary.
- Ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, including master data governance and enterprise IT systems.
- Develop and attract best-in-class talent to support our supply chain planning efforts.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, including working knowledge of demand planning or finance.
- Experience building and managing cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
- Strong project management skills, with experience creating and executing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and drive change and harmonization across a global organization.
- Collaborative, with a strong ability to listen and assimilate other viewpoints to come up with a better solution.
- Agile and responsive, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage ambiguity.
- Customer-centric, with a strong ability to understand customer requirements and deliver results.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers, and delivering results ahead of schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- ASCMP certification a plus, with experience with SAP APO DP or IBP and Celonis also a plus.
- BSc Degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain discipline, with a Master's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
