Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Transformation Manager to lead our global supply chain transformation programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale supply chain transformations and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global supply chain transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize supply chain improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements, including the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including site leadership teams and capability team leaders.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of driving supply chain process transformations and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience implementing and improving ERP systems, including SAP ECC/APO and S/4 Hana.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to operate with a high sense of urgency.
  • Master's degree in an engineering, science, or supply chain discipline.
