As part of this role, you will oversee projects ranging from £5,000 to £2 million in value, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple installations with varying budgets and complexities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including client liaison, estimating, engineering solutions, procurement, and resourcing.
  • Deliver installations while maintaining commercial objectives and ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • Identify and cost all variations to specifications, aligning them with client expectations.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential project risks.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing a seamless and professional experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience in the fire and security industry.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarms.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects within budget, mitigating risks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license.
