Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of fire and security projects across various locations, including commercial and domestic sectors. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fire and security systems, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fire and security systems.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure programme deadlines are met while maintaining profitability, health, safety, and quality.
  • Managing labour and materials required to deliver projects.
  • Processing cost sheets and ensuring all engineering paperwork is allocated to engineers.
  • Line management of engineers and sub-contractors, including employee management.
  • Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites.
  • Providing technical expertise and attending site meetings as required.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry, with technical knowledge of major systems and projects. You should possess demonstrable technical experience, good interpersonal skills, and be willing to work anywhere at any time to ensure project completion. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is essential.
