About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will contribute to our team, strive to deliver world-class customer service, and be rewarded for their efforts. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
  • Responding to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Planning and responding to routine and reactive call visits in your area.
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers when planning site visits.
  • Maintaining stock levels with support from the Stores team.
  • Attending training sessions as and when required.
  • Attending Engineering team meetings as and when required.
  • Identifying personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service.
About Our Systems

We work with a range of Fire, Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, Paxton, PAC, and Salto.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems.
  • Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A professional and presentable demeanor at all times.
  • An ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
