Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Specialist to join our team. This role will involve technically engineering, installing, and managing small and large projects across our portfolio while controlling and planning commissioning works. The successful candidate will work closely with key clients to ensure program deadlines are met while maintaining profitability, health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  2. Process cost sheets to the purchasing department
  3. Plan and control labor and materials required to deliver projects
  4. Provide technical expertise as required on projects
  5. Attend site meetings as required
  6. Line management of engineers and sub-contractors as assigned
  7. Managing job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the project manager
  8. Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry
  • Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations
  • Technical knowledge of major systems and projects
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to work anywhere at any time to ensure project completion following all Marlowe health and safety guidelines
