Fire & Security Project Engineer Opportunity

Marlowe Fire & Security, a leading provider of fire and security solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for technically engineering, installing, and managing small and large projects across the Marlowe portfolio. You will work closely with key clients to ensure programme deadlines are achieved while maintaining profitability, Health, Safety, and quality to company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Plan and control labour and materials required to deliver the project
  • Process cost sheets to the purchasing department
  • Provide technical expertise as required on projects
  • Attend site meetings as required
  • Line management of engineers and sub-contractors as assigned
  • Managing job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the project manager
  • Controlling all aspects of Health and Safety on sites

Our Systems:

We operate a range of fire and security systems, including:

  • Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec
  • Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
  • CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
  • Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry
  • Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations
  • Technical knowledge of major systems and projects
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and work well in a team environment or on their own
