We are currently seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Department Administrator to join our team at Spire Leicester.

This is a part-time permanent post working 22 hours per week with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include managing bookings, ensuring credit card data is captured, and receiving and dealing with patient telephone queries.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and works well to tight deadlines. A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable, but not essential. Experience with SAP or a similar patient booking system is also beneficial.
