Healthcare Administration Assistant

Spire Leicester Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to our Medical Records department. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, tracking and accurately storing all medical records for the hospital. You will work on a rota covering 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, preparing records prior to outpatient clinics, transporting them to the relevant department and filing once complete. Your strong computer literacy and previous administration experience will be valuable assets in this role.
Role Details
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £22,372 per annum (30 hours per week), as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, employer pension scheme and private medical insurance. Key responsibilities include accurate record management, physical handling of documents and teamwork within the Medical Records department.
