Experienced Healthcare Assistant/Plaster Technician Wanted
Spire Leicester Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare Assistant/Plaster Technician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgical ward team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of exemplary patient care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that may affect their health and well-being.
- Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies.
- Provide personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Deal with ECGs and catheter removals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Committed and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work a rotation of days, nights, and weekends.
- Experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations.
