About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at iBC Healthcare. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs and disabilities.


Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker with iBC Healthcare, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, including those with complex needs and mental health conditions
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, and cleaning
  • Supporting individuals to access community facilities and participate in community activities
  • Building strong relationships with individuals and their families to promote independence and improve quality of life
  • Empowering individuals to learn new skills and pursue their interests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in the care industry, preferably with individuals with complex needs and mental health conditions
  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and caring personality, with a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives
  • The ability to work well in a team and provide support to colleagues as needed
