Oadby Plastics modern Head Office is located in Leicestershire, situated just off the M1/M69 on Braunstone Frith Industrial Estate. Our additional branches and sister companies are dotted all over the UK to provide our customers with the best service possible.
**About the role**:
- Answer calls for the Finance Department
- Greet visitors and follow protocol on signing in & out
- Set up and clear down for meetings, arrange refreshments
- General Housekeeping of the department - shredding/recycling/archiving/filing
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
- Stock checks of stationery items
- Ensure the company calendar is maintained correctly
- Daily sale invoicing
- Manage the Finance Portal
- Collate financial information for our yearly audit
- Data Processing - creating new accounts, maintaining & updating existing data
- Other finance related tasks such as credit control, taking card payments
**What experience do you need to have**:
- Must have a good working knowledge of Outlook/Excel/Word
- Previous administration experience would be highly advantageous, however not essential
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
**Contract Type**:
6-Month Fixed Term contract
**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm/8.30am - 5.00pm (rotating shifts)
**Salary**:
£24,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
