We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Commerce Specialist to join our team at Marks & Spencer Plc.

About the Role

As a Senior Video Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing the shoppable video strategy and calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all shoppable video content within budget. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management between business units, content teams, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.

You will analyse performance data of each piece of content and utilise findings to build future content plans. Additionally, you will implement best practices for video commerce content creation to increase site visits, drive engagement, and inspire our audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to take our digital customer experiences to the next level and turbocharge Omnichannel & Online growth.

What You'll Do
  • Create and manage the shoppable video strategy and calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all shoppable video content within budget.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management between business units, content teams, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Analyse performance data of each piece of content and utilise findings to build future content plans.
  • Implement best practices for video commerce content creation to increase site visits, drive engagement, and inspire our audience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in video production, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment associated with publicising content and events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends in video commerce.
  • Experience of data analysis and the ability to interpret data to draw findings from it.
