Job Summary:

Gabby's Recruitment is seeking a talented Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and managing new property listings, conducting property viewings and negotiating sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and property listings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales process and excellent customer service
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of local property market trends
  • Valid driving licence

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £25,000 (£60k+ OTE) per annum
