We are looking for an individual with previous experience in the local area as a Senior Sales Negotiator or above to fill this rare opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct Property Viewings: Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide expert guidance.
  • Negotiate Deals: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Manage Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Driven to hit monthly targets and achieve sales success.
  • Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience managing the sales progression process.
