Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial valuation to completion, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Sales: Manage the sales process, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Listings: Secure new instructions and manage your own portfolio of properties, utilizing market knowledge to achieve optimal results.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate sales terms to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the local market, competitor activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the residential estate agency sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving high commission earnings.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking, with a drive to exceed targets and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
