Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at People First Personnel. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client requirements, and matching those to our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to secure sales and achieve targets.
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential property sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the local area and property market.
  • Full driving license and own car.
