We're looking for the next generation of creative and passionate leaders in the Beauty industry. As a leading online retailer, we strive for best-in-class across all of our functions, so we're now looking to hire ambitious and driven graduates to embark on a truly unique Graduate scheme across our Buying function within THG Beauty.

We're looking for talented graduates to join us to develop key skillsets in an online retail first environment, with a view of giving you real responsibility across our Beauty brand collective from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working across our Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, and Tooling categories to build relationships with premium beauty brands.
  • You'll be responsible for working on strategic campaign planning with brands, focusing on metrics such as new customer acquisition, retention, and average order value.
  • Liaising with brands weekly to review performance and drive actions accordingly, which will help to deliver Annual Brand Budgets and profit targets.
  • Collaborative working with trading and merchandising managers to ensure brand plans are executed successfully and stock portfolio/availability is managed effectively.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong passion for Buying, as well as good organizational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial, but full support will be provided.
