**About the Team**

THG's Early Careers team hire and develop the best Early Careers talent from across the world to power THG's exciting growth. We onboard hundreds of apprentices, interns, and graduates each year, and whether they join Technology, Finance, Marketing or THG Studios, it is our responsibility to give them an exciting and supported start to their career at THG.

As the Early Careers apprentice, you will work across all divisions to deliver a world-class Early Careers programme, producing highly skilled and engaged future talent for the group. Reporting into the Apprenticeship Programme Manager and working closely with the wider team, you will oversee data and administrative duties associated with our Apprenticeship Programme, managing day-to-day tasks to keep the programme running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a key point of contact along with the Apprenticeship Programme Manager and Advisor for training providers, incoming apprentices, existing upskillers, and our divisional People teams.
- Support with managing the DAS account and work with the team to provide regular updates regarding funding.
- Capture key data and metrics for tracking and reporting purposes. Prepare a monthly programme report for People Teams, highlighting data trends and flagging any areas of concern.
- Ensure best practice by reviewing, following, and introducing new processes that not only maintain the credibility of our programme and our data, but also increase efficiency.
- Manage the Early Careers admin processes.
- Work with People Teams to carry out administrative tasks associated with programme roll-off.
- Act as a professional and engaging ambassador for THG at external meetings and events, such as Careers Fairs.
- Manage the apprenticeship reporting and learner data with Apprenticeship Providers and set expectations for accurate reporting and data.
- Coordinate apprentice training and manager training, for example, Inductions and Manager Support session.
- Request and send updates for the Early Careers Hub on the company intranet on an ad hoc basis.
- Drive engagement with apprentices and EC population by posting on the Teams channel, sign-posting resources, supporting with events etc.
- Send out Quarterly Surveys and collate data from responses.
- Manage the Early Careers Dashboard by updating the programme status, adding new apprentices, and working with People Data to ensure it's up to date.
- Monitor the Apprenticeships inbox and respond in a timely manner.

**Additional Responsibilities for Apprentice**
- Support with creating guides and documents for internal employees to refer to, such as the THG Upskilling Programme, and Apprentice Attendance Bonus.
- Involvement with Early Careers Ambassador Network.
- Track and action Incentive Payments.
- Update levy transactions on a monthly basis and work with Finance to ensure accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- An interest in apprenticeships, early careers and developing people
