About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Early Careers Coordinator to join our team in Bristol or Manchester. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity that will involve coordinating and supporting the end-to-end early careers journey throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate law/career fairs, assessment centers, vacation schemes, work experience days, and other early careers events in all TLT's UK offices and on-campus locations.
  • Work with our digital team to manage our Early Careers social media pages, creating and posting relevant content in line with Early Careers activity.
  • Book and arrange attendees for external events such as law/career fairs, presentations, and other marketing and attraction events.
  • Coordinate assessment centers, including arranging for assessors, internal and external candidates, and other attendees.
  • Be the first point of contact for external candidates to ask questions and seek advice on TLT's programs.
  • Draft offer and contract documentation for review by the Early Careers Managers and Advisors.
  • Manage screening and vetting activity associated with Early Career events or new joiners to TLT.
  • Maintain core sets of data, documents, and reports to support the Early Careers Managers in their work.
  • Coordinate and produce Early Careers updates to keep Future Trainees and Apprentices engaged with TLT prior to starting.
  • Ensure all Safeguarding and Health and Safety requirements for events involving young people or vulnerable adults are understood and adhered to.
  • Develop a good understanding of the different processes and wider picture of the Early Careers Recruitment Strategy.
About You
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a high-volume HR, events, or recruitment environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong administration skills and the ability to plan and deliver to tight timescales are essential.
  • Excellent Excel skills, particularly building and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise daily with Partners, managers, and participants from across the firm.
  • Flexible and able to help out different members of the team at short notice.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with candidates to present TLT's early careers initiatives and opportunities.
  • Comfortable traveling nationally with overnight stays.
