Manchester, United Kingdom Mitie Full time

As the** Early Careers Lead** at Mitie, you will be a key member of the Resourcing team and wider People team, collaborating closely with your Learning & Development colleagues, Resourcing Business Partners and People Business Partners.

You will report to the Resourcing Leadership Team, to develop and launch Mitie's first centralised Early Careers programme. This is an exciting opportunity involving planning and implementing pathways for apprenticeships and graduate schemes, initially focusing on core skill areas in Engineering.

You will partner closely with the business leaders and our people team to maximise our intake of Apprentices and Graduates into new and existing open roles.

Your efforts will be key to ensuring that our programmes are accessible and appealing to a diverse range of talent, fostering an inclusive culture that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
