Early Careers Program Coordinator

As a highly organized and proactive Early Careers Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the entire early careers journey from recruitment to program completion. This dynamic position blends administration and project management, offering the chance to work on exciting initiatives while developing your skills.
You will manage project plans using tools like Monday.com or Microsoft Planner, track recruitment progress, engage with candidates, and be responsible for program coordination. With opportunities to grow in HR, recruitment, or learning and development, this role is perfect for someone who's adaptable, detail-driven, and eager to make an impact.
