**Early Careers Development Advisor**

**Manchester/Hybrid**

LHH (formerly Badeonch & Clark) are partnered with a leading international law firm, assisting with the appointment of an Early Careers Development Advisor - responsible for the development of graduates and apprenticeships nationally.

The hybrid working preference is 2 days per week in the Manchester City Centre office, with flexibility for the other 3 days to be remote.

Reporting into the Early Talent Development Manager, this role would assist in the attraction, selection, onboarding, and lifecycle, of current and future trainee solicitors, and solicitor apprentices.

Responsibilities include:

- Helping to ensure a seamless progression from campus to firm
- Supporting cohort with personal and professional development during their route to qualification
- Design and delivery of professional skills programme to cohort and their supervisors
- Working closely with education providers to ensure training needs/courses are delivered and completed
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement across Early Careers/Talent
