**Job Description and Specification**

Job Title: Debt Management Administrator

Department: The Debt Advisor

Responsible to: Debt Management Team Leader

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Main Purpose: To support the Debt Management Team Leader in the onboarding of new customers. Ensuring that their case is accurately inputted to the system so that they can begin their debt solution with the best possible start. This would be a perfect position for someone putting their first foot on the ladder in their career.

The Debt Advisor is a rapid growing business with a firm foothold in the IVA and Debt Management market. We are looking to expand the team to reach even more prospective consumers, and continue to do what we do best; by helping people find the most appropriate solution for their financial needs.

The Debt Advisor is regulated by the FCA, and ensures that the highest possible standards of service are provided throughout.

Principle

**Responsibilities**:

- Promptly following instruction to onboard a new customer to the system
- Accurately key in data regarding new customers to ensure that all relevant details regards their case file are present and correct
- The accurate set up and maintenance of client payment schedules
- Liaising with the team leader and management team to ensure that daily duties are completed within a timely manner
- Accurate updating of multiple CRM platforms.
- Complying with all business policies and procedures
- Any such duties that may be required by the business

Key Performance indicators for the role
- Score 80% on internal audits
- Attend 100% of training

KPIs will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Annual staff performance development reviews (PDR) will be held and professional development plans created to encourage progression within the business

Key competence requirements
- Experience in administration (ideal but not necessary)
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good organisational, administrative and IT skills
- Effective time management skills

The Debt Advisor

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Manchester (required)
