Why be a Graduate Merchandising Admin Assistant at THG?

We are looking for the next generation of creative and passionate leaders in the Beauty industry. As a leading online retailer, we strive for best-in-class across all of our functions, so we're now looking to hire ambitious and driven graduates to embark on a truly unique Graduate scheme across our Merchandising function within THG Beauty.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with buying to maximise commercial opportunities and minimise areas of risk by regularly reviewing performance and trends and re-planning accordingly.
  2. Produce monthly stock and sales budgets for own department.
  3. Forecast demand planning at sku level where necessary and provide timely and accurate forecasts for the season ahead.
  4. Develop and agree activity plans with buying and marketing to achieve sales and profit targets and drive the correct department strategy.
  5. Robust management of OTB with phased commitment to increase trading flexibility.
  6. Work in close alignment with buying and supply to develop supplier relationships.
  7. Analyse supplier delivery performance and work with the buyer and supply to take appropriate action.
  8. Evaluate customer and market information to enhance and support department planning.

Requirements

  1. An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
  2. Commercially astute, ambitious and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  3. An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  4. Strong passion for Ecommerce & Digital Marketing, as well as good organisational skills.
  5. A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.
  6. Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial but full support will be provided.
