About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Director to join our team at White Stuff. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our shops and concessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Area Managers, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles, with experience in managing large teams and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in analyzing data and developing business cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements, annual bonus opportunity, and up to 36 days' holiday per annum.
