**Job Description**

We are looking for an HR Generalist with Commercial Acumen to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering a full range of HR generalist activities, including employee relations, reward, and employee development.

As a key member of our HR function, you will work closely with senior management and employees to provide effective HR solutions. With excellent commercial acumen and strong relationship-building skills, you will be able to influence and coach senior managers and employees across all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage human resources programmes, projects, and services for designated business areas, partnering effectively with senior management, employees, and the wider HR team.
  2. Provide accurate and timely advice to management and employees on a range of employment matters across the employment lifecycle.
  3. Analyse people-related needs of the business and partner with colleagues to develop effective HR solutions in line with the group HR strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering a full range of HR generalist activities, including employee relations, reward, and employee development.
  • Experience working at all levels, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to translate corporate strategy into HR programmes.
