Commercial Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Director to join our team at Sweaty Betty. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for owning the Global Stores financials, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of weekly trade, month-end financial reporting, and planning and forecasting cycles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the Global Stores financials, including weekly trade, month-end financial reporting, and planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Advocating for the Stores leadership teams and supporting development of financial acumen.
  • Taking an active interest across our store portfolio, visiting stores and working with store leadership to ensure robust financial controls in stores.

Requirements

  • Fully Qualified Accountant with PQE from a commercial finance setting (Retail experience essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytics skills (Microsoft Excel), with experience of preparing analysis, insight and recommendations.
  • Be an engaged, enthusiastic go-to member of the Sweaty Betty Finance team.
