Commercial Finance Manager Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Sales and Margin P&L lines, providing accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide commercial finance support to the business, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial finance team to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong background in commercial finance.
- Commercial finance/FP&A and business partnering experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience of using PowerBI.
