Commercial Finance Manager Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Sales and Margin P&L lines, providing accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of commercial finance strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial finance team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong background in commercial finance and business partnering.
- Commercial finance/FP&A experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.
- Food & Beverage / FMCG experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- PowerBI experience is desired, but not essential.
- High levels of pace, energy, and resilience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
