About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Recovery Specialist to join our team at Turning Point. As a key worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to service users on their recovery journey.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting individuals with mental health issues and substance use. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

What We Offer
