The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Staff Nurse to join our team in Skegness. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard individualised care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and adhering to company procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standard of individualised care and promote patient-focused care
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to deliver high standard of care
- Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Experience in renal nursing preferred, though not essential

Benefits:
- Salary dependent on experience
- Location allowance based on experience and location
- 35 days paid leave per annum including bank holidays
- Monday to Saturday working pattern
- Day shifts only
- Flexible timings
- Flexible contracts
