About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Substance Use Recovery Specialist to join our team in Lincolnshire. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with service users, supporting them to achieve their recovery goals.



Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain regular contact with service users, providing advice, information, and psycho-social interventions
  • Conduct assessments, risk management planning, and work closely with clinical staff around prescribing needs and partner agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of substance and alcohol use and the challenges and opportunities for individuals on a recovery journey. You will also possess excellent communication skills and share our values as an organisation.



Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of £25,116 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, up to £29,383 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive 25 days' paid holiday a year + Bank Holidays, increasing with each year of service up to 27 days + Bank Holidays, plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
