Job Description

Oversee Employee Relations

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and maintaining a strong employer brand. They will investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters, implementing HR policies and procedures related to employee relations. Additionally, they will conduct formal meetings and communicate with employees in a professional and respectful manner, always maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven experience in a similar role
