Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team at Butlin's in Skegness. As a key member of our Pool Plant Technical Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of water quality and safety across our facilities.

About the Role

  • Carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks on our aquatic systems
  • Daily and weekly swimming pool water tests to ensure optimal water quality
  • Perform daily plant and equipment servicing to prevent downtime
  • Complete all documentation in line with company policy
  • General understanding of Health and Safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • STA Pool Plant Operators L3 Qualification is advantageous
  • A basic understanding of water chemistry would be beneficial
  • Previous experience working in a pool environment is essential
