About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is looking for an experienced Dialysis Staff Nurse to work in Skegness on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while promoting a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver individualised care that meets the needs of patients.
  2. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve best practices.
  3. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  4. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality patient care.
  5. Contribute to the evaluation of evidence to improve patient care and its development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £29,402 - £35,461 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Location allowance based on experience and location.
  • 35 days' paid leave per annum, including bank holidays.
  • Monday to Saturday working pattern.
  • Day shifts only.
  • Flexible timings and contracts.
