Support Care Worker

We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate part-time Care Assistant in Skegness on night shifts.
You will be joining our nurse-led care team to provide care to an adult female with Complex needs including Epilepsy, this role assists a registered nurse for required care tasks.
Specific Needs- Tracheostomy
- Peg Feed
- Vent
Shifts available: 8pm to 8am over 3 nights per week. There is also an opportunity to cover extra day/nights shifts on an ad-hoc basis.
About the RoleWe provide a comprehensive nurse-led training and induction programme, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team and independently.
