Job Summary:- Patient Care: Deliver exceptional standards of patient care, adhering to operational policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and well-being are prioritised.
- Safety & Management: Maintain safe and effective management of care areas to uphold a high-quality care environment.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £36,000 FTE (dependent on experience), plus benefits and paid enhancements. The position offers flexibility with part-time hours of 18 per week.
Requirements:- A valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
- Post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
