Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trade Specialist Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team in Spilsby, Skegness and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This varied position involves working with a wide range of customers, ensuring their homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard. You will be working independently, but as part of a great team, providing excellent customer service and delivering multi-trade work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality plumbing services, meeting customer expectations and exceeding standards.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum NVQ L2 Plumbing qualification.
  • Experience working as a plumber in the building trade or as a multi-skilled tradesperson.
  • Previous experience working for a Social Landlord, housing association, or council.
  • Associated trade skills such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall tiling (desirable).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A full clean driving licence.
  • Willingness to participate in out-of-hours service rota.
