Are you an innovative and passionate SEN teacher looking for a new challenge? Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified teacher to join our specialist team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education to students aged 6-19 with profound and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification, as well as experience in SEN education, particularly sensory-led curriculums. Strong leadership and organizational skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of teaching assistants to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in teaching and learning
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress

Requirements:

  • PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience in SEN education, particularly sensory-led curriculums
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and direct other adults supporting within the class
