About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Counsellor, you will work closely with clients, conducting assessments, providing support, and managing a caseload. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a L4 qualification in Counselling, registration with BACP, and experience in EAP/telephone Counselling or time-limited assessment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have excellent communication skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, 22 days leave (pro-rata), and a range of benefits including a full induction training programme, Auto-enrolment pension scheme, Health Scheme, Employee Assistance Program, and Life insurance Scheme. The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Conducting assessments and providing support to clients.
• Managing a caseload of clients and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development.

The minimum requirements for this role are:
• Qualified as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with BACP (or similar) registered status.
• Experience in EAP/telephone Counselling or time-limited assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The desirable requirements for this role include:
• Previous experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
