About the Position

We are looking for a talented Education Youth Support Worker to join our team at Sja's West. As a key member of our team, you will assist with the delivery of the NHS Cadets programme, ensuring that young people receive high-quality support and guidance.

The successful candidate will have experience working with young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. They will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Description:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of the NHS Cadets programme
  • Develop and implement educational activities to promote health volunteering
  • Work closely with the programme team to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar position or related field
  • Background in education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
