Sja's West is seeking an experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team as a Programme Manager for the NHS Cadets.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the NHS Cadets programme to young people aged 14-18.

You will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people can learn important life skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working with young people, particularly those from marginalized communities, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
